Novelty in the 2019 edition, the APAS Show Yellow Pavilion has a program filled with interactive activities and exclusive stands for whoever visits them. Besides courses and workshops, the location will have international stands, space for business roundtables and will have the presence of celebrities of the Brazilian gastronomy world. Brazil Stand – Apex Brazil’s institutional stand with the following gastronomical activities:

– Cooking Show – Classes 2 times a day, at 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM, with Chef Paulo Machado on Brazilian gastronomy.
